The exact error helps distinguish a domain issue, a certificate problem, an application failure and a local connection problem.
What to do
- Record the full URL, error text, time and whether it affects every page. Try another network or private browser window.
- Check the public status page for reachability information, then review the service status and any notices in the portal.
- If you recently changed DNS, compare the affected hostname with the intended destination.
- If you recently deployed code, updated plugins or filled disk space, include that context in the ticket.
Good to know
The public status page checks selected HTTP endpoints; it does not prove every site, mailbox, payment or application function is healthy.
