Your client portal brings together invoices, hosting services and support. The portal login, cPanel login, email mailbox login and website administration login serve different purposes.
What to do
- Sign in at https://billing.jijweb.com/ using your client-portal email address.
- Open Hosting & Care or Services to find a service and its current status. Pending orders may still require payment or review.
- Use cPanel to manage hosting files, domain email and databases; use your website administrator area to edit its content.
- Check your welcome message for the details assigned to your service. If you cannot find them, open a support ticket from the account that owns it.
Good to know
Keep login details private. A payment receipt is not the same as confirmation that a custom project has been delivered.
