Webmail lets you use a domain mailbox without configuring an email app.

What to do

  1. Open cPanel > Email Accounts and choose Check Email beside the mailbox.
  2. Use the available webmail application to read and send a message.
  3. If signing in through a direct webmail address, use the full mailbox email address and that mailbox’s password.
  4. Sign out when finished on a shared device. If access fails, confirm the mailbox exists and has available storage.

Good to know

Your client-portal password is not automatically your mailbox password. Do not share mailbox credentials in a support ticket.
