You can purchase a care plan with an eligible hosting order or as a separate service for a website that passes onboarding review.

What to do

  1. During an eligible Starter, Business or available Premium order, choose one care tier and the desired monthly or annual option.
  2. Review the due-today and recurring totals; a hosting cycle and care cycle can differ.
  3. For a separate purchase, open Digital Services and select the care plan. Provide the website address and requested onboarding information.
  4. Contact JIJ if care is already active for the same website so duplicate subscriptions can be avoided.

Good to know

Care applies to one WordPress site and is not offered as a Static-hosting addon. Ordering care does not instantly complete access setup or acceptance review.
