Start with the outcome you need. JIJ’s service finder, public questionnaire and private client workspace help turn your requirements into a clear scope before a formal quote is prepared.

Choose your starting point

  • Not sure which service fits? Use the service finder for a shortlist and an explanation of each suggestion.
  • Planning a website? Complete the detailed website questionnaire. Its running estimate is a planning guide, not an order or a formal quote.
  • Already a client? Sign in as your account owner and open Quotes & Project Requests. Choose New project request, describe your goals and submit your brief.

What to include

Share your business or organization, current website, target audience, required pages or app features, integrations, supplied content, timing and budget context. Explain the result you want rather than choosing every possible feature. Do not include passwords, payment details, API keys or private customer records.

After submitting

JIJ reviews the scope and may request more information. Account owners can open their request to add details and read review messages. Keep your request reference for follow-up. A request does not itself create a hosting account, invoice or payment.

Already used the public questionnaire?

Ask JIJ to verify ownership and link the existing brief to your account. Matching an email address alone does not expose a public submission. Avoid resubmitting the same questionnaire just to connect it.

Your formal quote

Working drafts are not available to clients. Once JIJ makes a quote available to your verified account, open the linked quote from your project request or formal quote list. Review the scope, exclusions, price and terms before accepting. See planning estimates versus formal quotes.
